NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 21, 2019, and entered in Case No. 36-2018-CA-002466 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Derek C. Moir, deceased; Christine I. Hosp a/k/a Christine Hosp; Tony Charles Moir a/k/a Tony C.
