RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed August 20, 2019 and entered in Case No. 17-CA-000651 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and LADAWN F. GIBSON A/K/A LADAWN GIBSON A/K/A LaDawn Felicia Gibson, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of September, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 1 of DEL RIO ESTATES, as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 33, on page 44 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
