DISSINGER A/K/A PAMELA KAY DISSINGER; KERRY E. DISSINGER; PYOD, LLC; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A NORWEST BANK MINNESOTA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; SOUTH POINTE OF TAMPA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; RESURGENT CAPITAL SERVICES L.P. are the Defendant(s).
