NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-008596 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for STARM 2007-3, Plaintiff and Leslie Ann Vance Blanchard a/k/a Leslie Vance Blanchard a/k/a L. Vance Blanchard are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on October 18, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 185 & 186, NORTH NEW SUBURB BEAUTIFUL, AND THAT PART OF THE VACATED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE SOUTH OF SAID LOTS, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 41, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
