LOT 15, BLOCK 2, LAKE FOREST UNIT NUMBER 3 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50 PAGE 27 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 14930 LAKE FORREST DR, LUTZ, FL 33559; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on October 16, 2019 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
