NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19-000363-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against the Estate of Barbara Trybala a/k/a Barbara Jean Trybala, deceased, Heather Lake Apartments Condominiums Association, Inc., Joseph Donovan, Joy Miller, Kenneth Donovan, Laurie Michelle Cabon, Terrance Donovan, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the September 25, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
