NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2019, entered in Case No. 15-000649-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, in trust for registered Holders of First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-FFH4, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-FFH4 is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Michael J. McGinnis a/k/a Micheal J. McGinnis, Deceased; Publix Employees Federal Credit Union; Villas of Sunset Grove Homeowners Association, Inc.; Mary Kay McGinnis are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 17th day of September, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, VILLAS OF SUNSET GROVE, PHASE I, II, III & IV, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGES 65 THROUGH 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
