NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2019, and entered in 52-2019-CA-002000 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING 2009-FT1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2009-FT1 is the Plaintiff and GRACE E. CRAWFORD, BY AND THROUGH HER COURT APPOINTED PLENARY GUARDIAN, SHARON MCMULLIAN; TRACEE CRAWFORD; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; CITY OF DUNEDIN, FLORIDA; LOCH LOMOND ESTATES, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 03, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
