Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 15, 2019, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 102 HIGHLAND LAKES UNIT NINE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGES 84 AND 85 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2919 MACALPIN DR S, PALM HARBOR, FL 34684; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on September 25, 2019 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
