NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 11, 2019, and entered in 18-005447-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR35, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR35 is the Plaintiff and RUTH W. CREAMER; FRANK C. CREAMER, JR.; FRANK C. CREAMER; JEAN F. CREAMER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANK C. CREAMER, JR.; THE OAKS OF TARPON WOODS, INC. F/K/A TARPON WOODS CONDOMINIUM, INC., NO. 1 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 10, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT D, BUILDING 4, TARPON WOODS CONDOMINIUM NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM, NOW KNOWN AS THE OAKS OF TARPON WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4772, PAGE 2076, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 10172, PAGE 956, TO CHANGE THE NAME OF THE CONDOMINIUM, ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 36 AND 37, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
