NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 03, 2019, and entered in 17-005025-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and NORENE WILLIAMS AKA NORENE T. WILLIAMS; WILLIAM I. WILLIAMS JR; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. ; UNIFUND CCR PARTNERS, GP ; WINDTREE OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. ; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #2; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A JOHN DOE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 08, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
