NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 30, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2018CA003754CAAXES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is Plaintiff and ERIC COLLINS A/K/A ERIC JOHN COLLINS; MELISSA COLLINS A/K/A MELISSA ANN COLLINS A/K/A MELISSA HORVAT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELISSA COLLINS A/K/A MELISSA ANN COLLINS A/K/A MELISSA HORVAT; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SUNCOAST POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. LOT 54, BLOCK 2, SUNCOAST POINTE VILLAGES 1A AND 1B, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 68 THROUGH 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
