NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2019, entered in Case No. 482019CA003871A001OX of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo Home Equity Asset-Backed Securities 2005-3 Trust, Home Equity Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-3 is the Plaintiff and James G. Simmons a/k/a James Simmons; Unknown Spouse of James G. Simmons a/k/a James Simmons; Carroll Bradford, Inc. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 21st day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, OAK PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Q, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
