NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2019, and entered in Case No. 48-2016-CA-004683-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Selene Finance LP, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Louis Kirby a/k/a Louis Leonard George Kirby a/k/a Louis L. Kirby, deceased, P.L.T.H., Inc. , Angela Celeste Van Wyck, Antoinette Welthagen a/k/a Antoinette Kirby, Craig Kirby, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, William Richard Kirby, deceased, Wessel Malcolm Kirby, as an Heir of the Estate of Louis Kirby a/k/a Louis Leonard George Kirby a/k/a Louis L.
