TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION FOR THE METROPOLITAN AT LAKE EOLA, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE OF PARKING SPACE NUMBER 96, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
