NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment in Foreclosure entered in this cause on or about October 31, 2019, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered in this cause on or about November 27, 2019 in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, the Clerk shall offer for sale the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, described below, at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on January 23, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at https://www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
UNIT A-15, VETERANS BOULEVARD, A CONDOMINIUM, A NON-RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED OCTOBER 2, 1998 IN O.R. BOOX 1646, PAGE 1878, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, AND THE SURVEY, PLOT PLAN AND GRAPHIC DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11 AT PAGES 3A THROUGH 3D, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
