NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment dated November 26, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 19000399CA in Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, Civil Division, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-24, Plaintiff and PETE TRIANA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PETE TRIANA; ASSET ACCEPTANCE, LLC are Defendant(s), Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 AM at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on January 13, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
