NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2019, and entered in Case No. 41-2015-CA-003194 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which MTGLQ Investors, L.P., is the Plaintiff and Elizabeth G Winheim, Joan M Zose, Village Green Property Owners' Association Inc., Village Green Homeowners Association Inc., Village Green Owners Association, Inc., Unknown Party #1, Unknown Party #2, Village Green of Bradenton Homeowners Association Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the January 2, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
