NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 6, 2019, and entered in Case No. 41-2019-CA-000774 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Nations Lending Corporation, an Ohio Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Janie Ramos-Leon a/k/a Janie Ramos Leon, Ruben Ramos Leon, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the January 7, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE WEST 80 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ALSO THE EASTERLY 10 FEET OF VACATED ALLEY, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
