NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, number 2010-CA-2663 in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lots 823, 824 and 825, Palmetto Point Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 124, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 a.m. on January 16, 2020.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
