NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2019, and entered in 2019CA000208AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and KIRK ROBERT VANDERHAAR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KIRK ROBERT VANDERHAAR; CHRISTINA M. BRANTLEY ; DODGE ENTERPRISES, INC.; CLERK OF THE COURT MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on January 08, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
