NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 22, 2019, entered in Case No. 2009CA-000055-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY MERGER OF NATIONSBANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Edward Jerome Adams a/k/a Edward Adams, Deceased; Chavanda Catina Bush, as an Heir of the Estate of Edward Jerome Adams a/k/a Edward J. Adams, deceased; Daphne Cheria Adams, as an Heir of the Estate of Edward Jerome Adams a/k/a Edward J. Adams, deceased; Edward Jerome Adams a/k/a Edward Jerome Adams, Jr., as an Heir of the Estate of Edward Jerome Adams a/k/a Edward J. Adams, deceased; Chavanda Bush; Independent Savings Plan Company d/b/a ISPC; City of Auburndale are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00AM on the 7th day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 15, 16 AND 17, BLOCK 9, HIGHWAY ADDITION TO AUBURNDALE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
