NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25 day of November, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-003860 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA18, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA18 is the Plaintiff and ROBERT VAZQUEZ, MALENA VAZQUEZ, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B N/K/A CIT BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, THE CITY OF MARCO ISLAND COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A DAVID FELIPE BARRERA CASTRO, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A MARIA CASTRO, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 30 day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
