NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 25th day of November, 2019, in Civil Action No. 2019-CC-001204, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which SALLIE L. HARRIS and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SALLIE L. HARRIS, are the Defendants, and QUAIL ROOST OF NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 30 day of December, 2019, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Unit Number 276, of QUAIL ROOST, UNIT II, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 1140, Pages 1078 through 1165, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto according to said Declaration and subject to all provisions of said Declaration, together with any amendments to date, thereto.
