NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26, 2019 entered in Case No. 112019CA0015420001XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein PennyMac Loan Services, LLC is the Plaintiff and Annia M. Estevez a/k/a Annia Estevez; Unknown Spouse of Annia M. Estevez a/k/a Annia Estevez; Maple Ridge at Ave Maria Homeowners Association, Inc.; Ave Maria Master Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the December 39, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 133, MAPLE RIDGE AT AVE MARIA PHASE 4, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 60, PAGES 85 - 90, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
