NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2019, entered in Case No. 2018CA0010440001XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association Trustee For Deutsche Alt-A Securities, Inc. Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2007-AR3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificate is the Plaintiff and Jack R. Praet a/k/a Jack R. Praet, Jr.; Unknown Spouse of Jack R. Praet a/k/a Jack R. Praet Jr. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00AM on the 30th day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 5, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 79-80, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
