YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Joint Petition for Adoption by Stepparent has been filed against you. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to this action, if any, on Jonathan W. Newlon, Esquire, whose address is 14150 6th Street, Suite C Dade City, Florida 33525, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, and file the original with the clerk of this court at the Robert D. Sumner Judicial Center, 38053 Live Oak Avenue, Dade City, FL 33523. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
The minor child identified in the Petition is a female born on September 8, 2013, in Pasco County, Florida.
Respondent is a white male, age 30, with brown hair and hazel eyes. Respondent is approximately 5'9” tall and weighs approximately 165 pounds.
Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court. You may review these documents upon request.
