NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2018-CA-001972-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ Investors, L.P., Plaintiff and Judith La Mere a/k/a Judith Vulgamore are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO. REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on March 3, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

THE NORTH 5.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 35.00 FEET OF SAID SOUTH 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
