NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2019, entered in Case No. 2019 CA 000037 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Mark Marcovitch; Leslie Marcovitch a/k/a Leslie A. Marcovitch; SunTrust Bank are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00AM on the 31st day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 240 FEET OF THE SOUTH 306 FEET OF THE EAST 1/2 OF SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, LESS AND EXCEPT THE EAST 144 FEET THEREOF, LYING AND BEING IN SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE NORTH 12 FEET OF THE SOUTH 318 FEET OF THE EAST 156 FEET OF SAID EAST 1/2 OF SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18, EAST.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
