NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18, 2019, (the “Judgment”), entered in Civil Case No., 2019-CA-024214, in the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, not in its individual capacity but solely as TRUSTEE FOR MFRA TRUST 2014-2, is Plaintiff, and KENNETH I. MORIN, MARY JO MORIN, a/k/a MARY JO P. MORIN; FIFTH THIRD BANK (TAMPA BAY); BAY CITIES BANK; AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk will sell the Property at a Public Sale to the “highest bidder,” for cash, on JANUARY 13, 2020, at an online public sale through http//www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. EST, in accordance with Fla.Stat. §45.031 and the Judgment. Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of the Judgment.
The “highest bidder” for purposes of this Notice of Sale, is defined as the party who bids the largest amount of money to purchase the Property and who completes the sale in a timely fashion. The one who bids the largest amount of money to purchase the Property shall be permitted to complete the sale by delivering to the Clerk, the balance of final bid amount plus the court registry fees no later than 12:00 PM EST, the next business day following the sale.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days from the Certificate of Disbursements being filed.
The following property (collectively the “Property”) located in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Parcel 1 The East 55.0 feet of the West 190.0 feet of Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3, Block 1. Bay Bluff Subdivision, according to the map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 2, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida: Together WITH the South 1/2 of the closed 20 foot alley abutting the East 40 feet thereof along the North side thereof, Parcel II The East 55.0 feet of the West 245.0 feet of Lots
1,2,3, Block 1, Bay Bluff Subdivision, according to the Map of Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3. Page 2, of the public records of Hillsborough County. Florida: together WITH the South 1/2 of closed alley abutting
on the North side thereof.
