NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 23, 2019, and entered in Case No. 29-2018-CA-008354 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Chanda L. Bacon a/k/a Chanda Bacon, Norman L. Bacon a/k/a Norman Bacon, Tony Alonzo Heard a/k/a Tony A. Heard a/k/a Tony Heard, Camden Woods Homeowners' Association, Inc., Jacqueline Moronta, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the January 8, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
