NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19, 2019, and entered in 19-3058-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BEVERLY HORTON is the Plaintiff and SEALTY, LLC, a Limited Liability Company; MICHAEL E. GEORGE, individually, ROCKY E. VILLEGAS, individually, PAUL CHARLES, individually, and UNKNOWN TENANT whose name is fictitious to account for parties in possession.
Ken Burke, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, on January 21, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Being a portion of Lot 1, Block C, BOULEVARD HEIGHTS, as recorded in Plat Book 7 Page 54, public Record of Pinellas County, Florida, and a portion of Block 4, KNOLLWOOD REPLAT, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 21 Page 70, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
From the most Northerly corner of Block “4”, run thence S0'03'18”W, along the West line of said Block “4”, 61,90 feet for the Point of Beginning; thence continue 50'03'18”W along said West line of Block “4”, 52.43 feet; thence N70'03'18”8, 78,90 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of Gulf to Bay Blvd., thence N40'16'08”W along seid Westerly right-of-way line of Gulf to Bay Blvd., 52.67 feet to a Point which lies S40'16'08”W 61.90 feet from the most Northerlv corner of said Block “4”: thence 569”53r35'rW 61.90 feet to the Point of Beginning.
