YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a claim of lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 28 of ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT 76, a Condominium as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 103, Pages 41 through 44, inclusive, and according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 7015, Pages 1197 through 1243, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in common elements.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, within 30 days after the first publication, on Michelle E. Lowther, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 7243 Bryan Dairy Road, Largo, FL 33777, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
