YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, CROSSWINDS COLONY CONDOMINIUM CORPORATION, INC. herein in the following described property:
Unit 101, as shown on Condominium plat of CROSSWINDS COLONY “ONE”, BUILDING ONE, a Condominium, according to Condominium Plat Book 8, Pages 60-61, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed August 20, 1971, in Official Records Book 3606, Pages 373-472, inclusive, amended in Official Records Book 3663, Page 866, in Official Recorded Book 3738, Page 261, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 1900 68th Street N., #101, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33710
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Daniel J. Greenberg, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before ___, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
