NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 24, 2019, and entered in Case No. 16-003669-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF11 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and BLACK POINT ASSETS, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE 5756 CALAIS BOULEVARD LAND TRUST, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 4, Building No. 5756 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declarations of Condominium of Calais Village, A Condominium, and Exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in O.R. Book 5323, Pages 1630 through 1716, inclusive, as amended and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 59, Pages 49 through 52, inclusive, as amended all in the Public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
