NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 5, 2019 and entered in Case No. 52-2015-CA-006987 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Jason Bedell, Margie Bedell, Unknown Party #1,Unknown Party #2, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the January 7, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
