NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2019, and entered in Case No. 16-005691-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and David Lurie, Crystal Delaware, State of Florida Department of Revenue, United States of America, Department of Treasury, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the January 9, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
