NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 21, 2019 and entered in Case No.: 19-5413-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF LARGO, is the Plaintiff and ROBERT BOIVIN, THERESA L. BOIVIN and US BANK HOME MORTGAGE, are the Defendants. Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on January 8, 2020 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 2, RIO HEIGHTS, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 28, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Commonly referred to as 2371 13th Avenue SW, Largo, Florida 33770
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
