NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 28, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-006368-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Deutsche Alt-A Securities Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Heidi L. Steinhauer a/k/a Heidi Steinhauer a/k/a Heide L. Steinhauer,James E. Steinhauer a/k/a James Steinhauer, Isles of Lake Hancock Homeowners Association Inc.,Wells Fargo Bank, National Association successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, National Association, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the January 7, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
