NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 13th day of November, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-001944-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is the Plaintiff and XARISALET PEREZ DE SILVA; MARTHA MORALES A/K/A MARTHA I. MORALES; THE ENCLAVE AT MOSS PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MOSS PARK MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 14th day of January, 2020 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL as the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
