NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Consent Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-002807-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-8, is Plaintiff and DEBORAH A. DUNKLEY; THE ENCLAVE AT OXFORD PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBORAH A. DUNKLEY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Orange County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 16th day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 5, BUILDING 3, THE ENCLAVE AT OXFORD PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 4 AND 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 8063, PAGE 2576, AS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8406, PAGE 4841, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, ALL BEING OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 2519 Lancien Ct., Orlando, Florida 32826
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
