PRATT; TAVIRA PROPERTIES, LLC, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 410 CYPRESS AVENUE LAND TRUST; SYNCHRONY BANK F/K/A GE CAPITAL RETAIL BANK F/K/A GE MONEY BANK are the Defendant(s). ROGER D.
