NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 8, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 19000487CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC, Plaintiff, and FIONA BOMMERSHEIM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FIONA BOMMERSHEIM; IBERIABANK; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 6th day of January, 2020. the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOTS 38 AND 39, LESS THE EASTERLY 87 FEET THEREOF, ADDITION TO GROVE CITY SHORES UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
