NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Cancelling and Rescheduling Sale dated the 25th day of November, 2019, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE NO. 2015 CA 005959 (D), the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 A.M. at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on January 8, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 77 OF RIVERWALK VILLAGE, CYPRESS BANKS, SUBPHASE H, UNITS 1 AND 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 7 THROUGH 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
