NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 14, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 2016CA002990AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and WILSON, JACQUELINE B, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, ANGELINA M. COLONNESO, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Manatee County's On Line Public Auction website: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on February 12, 2020, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in MANATEE County, Florida, as set forth in said Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
BEGIN 14 RODS (231) NORTH OF THE SE CORNER OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH 6 RODS (99 FEET); THENCE WEST 10 RODS (165 FEET); THENCE SOUTH 6 RODS (99 FEET); THENCE EAST 10 RODS (165 FEET) TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THE WEST 65 FEET THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
