YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title relating to property described as follows:
ALL LAND AND OTHER PROPERTY LYING WESTERLY OF LOT 4, BLOCK 2, SOSA SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 47, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL RIPARIAN RIGHTS APPERTAINING THERETO, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS A CERTAIN PARCEL OF PROPERTY BOUNDED ON THE EAST BY THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 4, BLOCK 2 OF SOSA SUBDIVISION, ON THE NORTH BY THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 4 EXTENDED WESTERLY TO THE WATERS OF THE GULF OF MEXICO, ON THE WEST BY THE WATERS OF THE GULF OF MEXICO, AND ON THE SOUTH BY THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 4 EXTENDED WESTERLY TO THE WATERS OF THE GULF OF MEXICO, TOGETHER WITH ALL RIPARIAN RIGHTS APPERTAINING THERETO.

ALL LAND AND OTHER PROPERTY LYING WESTERLY OF LOT 5, BLOCK 2, SOSA SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 47, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL RIPARIAN RIGHTS APPERTAINING THERETO, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS A CERTAIN PARCEL OF PROPERTY BOUNDED ON THE EAST BY THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 5, BLOCK 2 OF SOSA SUBDIVISION, ON THE NORTH BY THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 5 EXTENDED WESTERLY TO THE EROSION CONTROL LINE, ON THE WEST BY THE EROSION CONTROL LINE, AND ON THE SOUTH BY THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 5 EXTENDED WESTERLY TO THE EROSION CONTROL LINE, TOGETHER WITH ALL RIPARIAN RIGHTS APPERTAINING THERETO.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Fred E. Moore, Esquire, Blalock Walters, P.A., 802 11th Street West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, on or before JANUARY 7, 2020, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint or Petition.
