NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated December 2, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2019CA003259AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Earnest, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Pedro Cornejo, Estella Cornejo, and Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendants Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants are the Defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM EST on the 16 day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
