GALLIPOLI AKA GERALD SPENCE ; U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2007-SL1, MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-SL1; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; SUNCOAST POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
