Notice is hereby given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2016CA003557CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco, County, Florida, wherein CLYDE A. BISTON is Plaintiff and RAYMOND A. BRIGGS and TERESA D. BRIGGS are Defendants, Office of Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11 a.m., on January 15, 2020, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1080 thru 1083, CRYSTAL SPRINGS, (unrecorded Tract 8), as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Pages 4 & 5, Public records of Pasco County, Florida, TOGETHER with Mobile Home 1984 THOM DOUBLE WIDE ID#TH1GA24X62346418A&B situated on property thereon. Property address: 1422 Killdear Dr., Zephyrhills, FL 33540.
