NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 4, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2019 CA 000791 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-W4, is Plaintiff and GREGORY KROM; SHERI KROM A/K/A SHERRI KROM, are defendants. Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Circuit Court for SARASOTA, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 8TH day of JANUARY, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1472, LAKE SARASOTA, UNIT 16, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA, COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
